Time and Materials:
Call Data Access when the need arises. A courteous and knowledgeable technician will be dispatched
to your location in a timely manner. (Contract customers receive priority response).
A one hour minimum charge will apply.
Prepaid Blocks:
In purchasing a pre-paid block of hours, you reduce your hourly rate and you automatically
move up in the queue for response time.
Purchase 10, 25 or 50 hours prepaid, and use up the hours at your own pace. A grid showing
how your hours are being used will be updated after each visit, and emailed to you.
Scheduled Visits:
Prepaid scheduled hours are billed quarterly and are tailored to fit your needs exactly. You
can book a technician for every Tuesday afternoon, or the last Friday of the month all day. It's up to you.
Contract customers are guaranteed 2 hour telephone response to all support requests and 4 hour response
On-site if required. Coverage hours are from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
All calls from contract support customers are handled on a priority basis and take precedence over
time & material calls.
